Just an absolutely 'easy' process made possible only because of Amber. We are relocating and I dreaded the thought of house-hunting in a market foreign to us. We toured homes for just one day...Amber showed us the good, the bad and the ugly based on our selections made possible by the variety of choices presented prior to our visit. She provided advice that was "SPOT ON!" when it came what inventory was available in our $ range and more importantly when it came time to put the offer in! Her advice won us the bid and her commitment to us didn't end there. The journey from acceptance to closing could have been difficult but when unusual events cropped up, she was an advocate on our behalf and resolved them fairly for all! I cannot say enough good things in a short period of time. We feel fortunate and blessed to have been paired with such a professional and more importantly with such a fine person. She has our gratitude! Amber is a credit to the business.

Amber showed my wife and I at least 8 houses over the course of about 20 months. Never once did she try to pressure us into a contract. When we found the right house she made it incredibly easy for us to make an offer (and we got the house!). She's very knowledgeable, a straight shooter and very easy to get along with. Amber has been a wonderful realtor who helped us purchase our first home! She is very knowledgeable in real estate, from knowing the neighborhoods, house and home specifics, and the process that we as buyers would experience. She answered all of our questions, and worked around our schedules, being just a text or phone call away. Amber checked in with us as it related to home searching, and just about everyday things, like family weekend plans, and our jobs. She is a person who really cares about her clients. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with this big step as a first time homeowner. I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

I would recommend Amber to absolutely anyone. Amber goes above and beyond and is 100% what you'd want in a realty agent and more. So happy she was the listing agent of one of the first homes we requested to view. Don't think we'd be in the amazing home we are today if it wasn't for Amber.

We couldn't even imagine having a better real estate agent then Amber Heshler!! We appreciate and commend the manner in which she handled the whole process professionally and her determination as well. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. She was communicative and informed me of the progress at every stage. At the end of it all, she managed to strike a FANTASTIC deal and get a good price for the property within 2 days!!. Anyone looking to sell or purchase a home would be lucky to work with Amber.
