Amber got involved in an undesirable situation with challenging buyer who resisted to the seller's attempt to collect last month rent payment. Her patience and professional perseverance provided the positive outcome! She was persistent in pursuing the desired proposed goal and perceived how it would be achieved overcoming the challenges of the situation not usually part of the selling and closing process!
