Her patience and professional perseverance provided the positive outcome! She was persistent in pursuing the desired proposed goal and perceived how it would be achieved overcoming the challenges of the situation not usually part of the selling and closing process! We had very crazy schedules and she would always accommodate it. we saw many many many houses and no matter how picky I was or how many times I decided not to go with a house she never gave up the search with us. We told Amber this would be a tough one and knowing how we are, would probably make her job harder AND she still agreed to sell our house. Coordinated the work that needed to be done since we were 2-hours away. House sold over asking price and even the little hiccups at the very end didn't phase her. Kept us calm and cool through the entire process. Yes, we would and will recommend her in the future.
