Jen Feinberg was literally a gift from the realtor gods not even one year ago. My husband & I were relocating to central PA and decided to build due to the lack of existing homes for sale. Don't ever believe you don't require a qualified realtor with a thorough knowledge of the area on a new construction home. We learned that early on and can not imagine going through every critical phase of this process without her! She was relentless in taking us from one area to the next, introducing us to builders and helping us define our wants and needs relative to our budget. She devoted almost a week to helping us narrow down our choices with patience, professionalism and personality. Once we entered contract with our chosen builder, she went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and remained in the background until the closing ready to step in if needed. She attended and interacted in our design studio meetings, she attended every builder walk-through, even connected us with our new homeowner insurance agent where we saved a bundle on our annual premium! As a relocation expert, Jen Feinberg, a nearly lifelong resident of central PA was a great resource for us in our quest to learn about doctors, hospitals, shopping and travel routes in the area. Looking back, now settling into our lovely, brand new home less than 8 months after we met her, I realize we have made a new friend in Jen, and utilizing her wealth of real estate experience on this journey was the smartest move we made! It has been quite the journey with the Jen Feinberg team. We first met with Jen early in the year and began viewing houses. Many of the houses looked great in the photos but disappointed us in person. With Jen's help we finally found the home for us.We were able to settle on our new home and then began the chore of putting our present home on the market.We had lived in our prior home for 50 years so we were by no means experts at moving. It became a monumental task for us. Jen came to our rescue once again by suggesting moving companies as well as trash removers.Moving went well and we settled into our new home. However, settlement on our prior home was being delayed. Jen was relentless in attemptIng to hasten the closing while constantly keeping us informed.It goes without saying that Joe and I are extremely grateful to Jen. She attended to every detail even ones we weren't aware of.We would whole heartedly recommend Jen as your realtor.

Moved to the greater Harrisburg Pennsylvania area from Ohio so was not familiar with the area. Jen did a great job giving us a bunch of homes to look at online to help figure what what styles/things/features in houses we were looking for and then was very helpful and knowledgeable about getting is into the home we wanted.
