I have known Jen for over 30 years and always knew that I would use her as my realtor if the need arose. At the end of 2019, we called Jen to put our first house on the market. Right from the beginning, we were given honest feedback about the value of our home and how to reach the right people. This was not an easy home to sell. There were definite obstacles to overcome. Thank goodness for the professional photos that put the house in the best light! In 3 weeks time, we had and accepted an offer. The weeks to follow weren't totally problem free but Jen was able to make this transaction go through as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Jen and her team, whether you are buying or selling your home!

We couldn't even imagine having a better real estate agent then Amber Heshler!! We appreciate and commend the manner in which she handled the whole process professionally and her determination as well. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. She was communicative and informed me of the progress at every stage. At the end of it all, she managed to strike a FANTASTIC deal and get a good price for the property within 2 days!!. Anyone looking to sell or purchase a home would be lucky to work with Amber.

One word can easily describe Jen: AMAZING! Jen knows her stuff! She was so easy to work with and knows the local market to ensure you get the best deal - whether buying or selling! We were the sellers and she and her team provided such exemplary service that we were "listed" and "closed" in 35 days and it was the smoothest transaction! She was quick with responses to questions and assisting with negotiations and closing. I couldn't have been any happier with Jen and her team. She knows what she's doing - you won't be disappointed!

Amber was such a blessing to our family. We were on the hunt for our first home for quite some time, we didn't want to settle and Amber stuck with us through the entire process. She was always quick to respond to our messages and requests. She set up viewings as quickly as possible and brought appropriate information, documents, and knowledge to each viewing specific to that property. When we found the perfect home Amber took the lead and helped us to put in an aggressive and competitive offer that was then accepted! Her job didn't stop there, she was there for us through each step of the closing process- answering questions, easing worries, and effectively communicating with other parties. On top of her professional expertise she is a joy to work with- she got to know our family on a personal level and was so kind and personable. Our daughter still requests to go see homes with Miss Amber! We couldn't be more thankful for Amber and recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
