She was an "outside the box" thinker when it came to selling our house and was on top of following up with all parties that were interested. We felt she gave us good advice and was very straight forward when it came to having tough talks with us about preparing our house to sell, price, and offers that we received. Jen assisted us in selling our home in an extremely difficult market. It was an area that is remote and someone has to either be already familiar with the area or be interested in living in such a rural location.

Simultaneously Jen was also assisting us in purchasing another property and was very patient with us and in the number of houses we wanted to look at.

Jen is patient, responsive and knowledgeable in her field. She's fun to partner with and helps you to stay calm through the process of buying and selling!

Jen Feinberg was not only the most personable realtor we have been with but one of the most knowledgeable. She was very proactive in getting us different information about houses we were looking into buying and also was able to delegate many various processes for when we bought our house. She gave us very good advice for each house we looked at and was super helpful when it came down to prices and mortgage information. I would recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy a new home! She is great!
