From the moment we first met Shana, my wife and I always felt like we were her highest priority. This was our first home purchase, and to have someone take such good care of us through every step of the process, meant the world to us. She was flexible and accommodating in all showings and appointments, communicative day and literally night, whenever we needed her, she was there. She walked us through the process every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on policies and procedures. Very thankful for her and would recommend to any buyer/seller.

Jen found exactly the house we wanted, in the neighborhood we wanted, and helped us enforce the contract when the sellers took multiple draperies and rods on the day of closing that were supposed to be included in the sale. She also handled the sale of our house with excellent advice on pricing. It went on the market on a Thursday, sold on Saturday.

Shana was incredibly helpful to me as a first-time buyer. She walked me through the process at the start and was fantastic about keeping in touch and helping me navigate through each step. Very knowledgeable about homes in midtown Harrisburg, very knowledgeable about the process and presented excellent options during the negotiation process, and has kept in touch after closing to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer, Jen made the process so much easier, less intimidating and almost even enjoyable despite the anxiety of it all. Although things got tough and many hurdles we had to jump, but Jen provided sound advice, guidance, and support to see it all throughI can honestly say that without Jen's support and help through this major milestone, I likely would have never followed through and actually bought my family an awesome house they deserved, instead of the health-threatening dump we were in. I've never met a realtor that I ever wanted to see again after the showing, let alone become partners for a few months as you work through this process. I kind of thought the realtor came with the house you liked; I never knew how vital a buyer's realtor that you like and can trust is to have on your team. Both the realtor process (Jen) and closing process (sorry I forgot her name) were made so much easier and more comfortable by your staff. My family and I thank you

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Jen Feinberg referred to us by our mortgage company. We had very little knowledge of the Harrisburg area and Jen was excellent at giving us history and pointing out landmarks as we toured the area around Harrisburg looking for our home. Once the inspection reports started rolling in we found there to be multiple deal breaking problems with the house. These problems were corrected before closing due to Jen's excellent negotiation skills. She truly was able to get us the absolute best deal possible on our home purchase. She even encouraged us to be patient and give her the time she needed to negotiate. Her knowledge of the area and contractors in Harrisburg made a very difficult interstate home purchase possible. Having bought and sold several properties in the past I can say without reservation that Jen Feinberg and her team at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale were the best I have ever worked with. They even streamlined the purchase of home owners insurance, helped with set up of utilities and closing settlement. I highly recommend Jen Feinberg and the team at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale.
