Very knowledgeable about homes in midtown Harrisburg, very knowledgeable about the process and presented excellent options during the negotiation process, and has kept in touch after closing to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

Jen found exactly the house we wanted, in the neighborhood we wanted, and helped us enforce the contract when the sellers took multiple draperies and rods on the day of closing that were supposed to be included in the sale. She also handled the sale of our house with excellent advice on pricing. It went on the market on a Thursday, sold on Saturday.

I definitely recommend Shana! One of the reasons that Shana is such a great realtor is that she cares. She was devoted to my goal(s) that I set forth about selling. She had my back and she professionally questioned the other party when things weren't as they seemed. She was very responsive and helpful. And she sold my house and she worked hard so I could get what I needed/meet my goals for the sale of my home.
