Chris Castro with the Jen Feinberg team is exactly the kind of realtor I wanted to work with to buy my first home. He went above and beyond to find places that met my many requirements, made a valiant effort to view as many homes as I wanted with my difficult schedule, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He never pushed me into overlooking the faults I saw in each house. Our first day of house searching, he promised we would find a house I loved, and 8 months later I am already living in my perfect starter home. I look forward to working with Chris and his team when we decide to upgrade.

Just an absolutely 'easy' process made possible only because of Amber. We are relocating and I dreaded the thought of house-hunting in a market foreign to us. We toured homes for just one day...Amber showed us the good, the bad and the ugly based on our selections made possible by the variety of choices presented prior to our visit. She provided advice that was "SPOT ON!" when it came what inventory was available in our $ range and more importantly when it came time to put the offer in! Her advice won us the bid and her commitment to us didn't end there. The journey from acceptance to closing could have been difficult but when unusual events cropped up, she was an advocate on our behalf and resolved them fairly for all! I cannot say enough good things in a short period of time. We feel fortunate and blessed to have been paired with such a professional and more importantly with such a fine person. She has our gratitude! Amber is a credit to the business.

I can't say enough good things about Jen and her team. Jen helped us find our perfect home with honesty and did everything she could to make the process as easy as possible. Starting with a simple call to get to know what we're looking for to signing the papers, Jen was there with us all the way and made sure that we were involved and understood every part of the process. Even after the signing, Jen and her team did so much to make us feel welcome in our new home!

My husband and I purchased our first home with Chris. We called him late 1 evening and he immediately set up a Zoom meeting that same night! Within 2 weeks we saw 4 properties and loved the last one. We called him countless times with so many questions that he walked us through from showing to closing. We would love to give 10 stars because 5 just isn't enough for what you receive having Chris Castro as your realtor. We felt no stress or pressure buying our first home and that's 100% because of Chris!!
